Hunter Schafer is at Comic-Con to promote *Blade Runner 2099*, and she certainly did so in something designed to get plenty of press coverage. This is from the most recent Marc Jacobs collection and [she's worn it EXACTLY as styled for the runway](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/marc-jacobs-s-s-2027/marc-jacobs-po-s27-004-1783285539?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).

Hunter is one of the few people who can carry this -- she's a former model herself, after all, including literally walking for Marc -- and she's always had an editorial *elan* that serves her well. I REALLY thought this specific look would eventually show up on a celebrity as is from the waist up, but with a stylist eventually eschewing those Saran-wrap hot pants in favor of, like, almost anything else, and I wish that's what had happened here. Hunter is working this as much as a person in the real world can work something so cellophane-y without looking like a corporate gift basket, but [someone at Check the Tag](https://www.instagram.com/p/DbL72cWp%5Frl/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) referred to this as "futuristic mcdonald’s employee" and (a) correct, (b) thank you for nailing that so succinctly, because it is EXACTLY right, and now I cannot see anything else, and also I want fries.
