# I Honestly Kinda Love Sofia Richie Grainge's Cover of Town and Country

This cover is OTT and fun and why not? (Also, the *Pretty Woman* reference cracks me up and also says, "we know the demographic of our subscribers." Likewise, the rest of those headlines are GREAT; I can't wait to get my issue this month. Bitcoin bros in distress! What IS Rome's naughtiest apartemento?! I'm interested!) We did a[ big Drinks With Broads deep-dive into Sofia's (fancy!!!) wedding](https://drinkswithbroads.substack.com/i/116763564/we-invite-you-to-the-wedding-of-a-nepo-baby-and-some-dude) and I honestly came out of it kind of liking her.

This is one of the more honest answers to the classic nepo baby question that I have seen:

> “I spent a lot of time just trying to find my place in the world,” she says. “I think everyone wants to be like their parents when they’re growing up, and I admired my dad so much, and that drove me down a music path for a moment. But it didn’t feel right for me. And then everyone told me, ‘You should be an actor!’ I tried that for a period, but that wasn’t me either. I didn’t have the experience, and I didn’t want to be one of those kid celebrities that got the role because my dad is who he is. So I was like, ‘You know what? I know I’m not cut out for this. Let me just be myself.’ ”

As I noted when we covered her wedding, I think she kinda just noodles around and is adept at Instagram and TikTok and that is *okay*. (The T&C piece says she's working on a fashion line but she's clear that she is not personally designing it, which also feels honest and savvy.)
