# I Think Ariana Grande Really Does Want This Audrey Biopic

There have been rumors circulating for a while that Ariana Grande wants to play Audrey Hepburn, and I think they're true. For a lot of reasons, but just looking at her press lately, she dyed her hair back to brown -- thank GOD -- and hired Law Roach, who's put her in a lot of vintage or vintage-look frocks this [1952 black Dior,](https://www.instagram.com/p/DQtpX3tjEN9/?hl=en&img%5Findex=1&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) a [custom Givenchy](https://www.reddit.com/r/popculturechat/comments/1or0sl6/ariana%5Fgrande%5Fat%5Fthe%5Fpremiere%5Fof%5Fwicked%5Ffor%5Fgood/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) that's clearly channeling that era, another '50s outfit that I tucked into this slideshow, and the above, which is an original Gilbert Adrian from 1952\. I think his job is to transition her visually out of Glinda and IDEALLY into Audrey -- or just a person who can carry classic fashion -- in the mind of whoever makes those decisions. She is also doing more press reminding everyone she's a chameleon [when it comes to accents](https://www.reddit.com/r/Fauxmoi/comments/1oq870m/ariana%5Fgrande%5Fdoing%5Fa%5Fbritish%5Faccent%5Fat%5Fthe%5Fvogue/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). Ariana probably doesn't NEED to do all of that, especially if she gets a second Oscar nomination, but she seems to be hustling and I respect it.
