"I haven't seen Rita Ora lately," I thought over the weekend. "I hope she's okay." And lo and behold! She appears. And she's *fine*. She's thriving, even -- now that she has escaped from the medieval painting in which she'd been trapped for the last few weeks. It's okay, though! They let her keep the outfit!

Sincerely, though: I do *not* know what is happening here, but I do know that it is a hoot. Informative Caption tells me that she's leaving a Cartier dinner at the Chiltern Firehouse and I can only imagine the DELIGHT that would ensue if one were to sit down and realize that your seatmate is wearing THIS HAT. I would want to know everything about her immediately.
