Greta Constantine is a Canadian label run by two men -- Kirk Pickersgill and Stephen Wong -- who regularly tap into their Jamaican roots for inspiration, be it in spirit or in color choices. And I guess with this one, being as it was created in lockdown, they were reaching mostly for joy but with a light moodier edge -- the desire to dress up, even if we weren't sure where we'd even be able to go (the collection debuted earlier this month). I am not savvy enough to spot the influences without help, but the mood, I think I can feel. Let's fantasy-style it.
