HOW MANY TASSELS MUST ONE WOMAN WEAR? Just how many servants does she plan on summoning to the drawing room in this thing? It's doubly perplexing because if you lost the whole notions department of JoAnn's Fabrics she's got tacked onto that thing, it's actually an incredibly cute cocktail dress.

Earlier in the weekend, Victoria wore a custom Styland suit to a GLAAD-related luncheon:

I *hate* those shoes -- they look like they're made of melted Barbie dolls and intended to make your feet emulate hers -- but overall, this is fresh and cute on her, and well-suited for a luncheon. No pun intended.

Okay, maybe *a little* intended.
