(Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) They have such a kooky personal style that I saw this and just thought, "this seems right!" It's actually somewhat subdued, all things considered. I kinda love the socks. I don't know!! ## Greta Lee in LII ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038516150-1708978264.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Greta Lee attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) I actually LOVE this. The shoes are maybe a little boring? But this is very cool and feels right for (a) the event and (b) her. ## Anne Hathaway in Valentino ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038521950-1708978293.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Anne Hathaway attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) Someone on the interwebs said she looks like Sandra Bullock here and I can't unsee it. I actually like the ensemble a lot but I think she needed a jaunty ponytail. ## Aidy Bryant ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038493552-1708978235.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Aidy Bryant attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) This is fine, although she hosted and to me this does not say "host," it says "plus one of a person who won't win." I wish she'd gone a little...louder?? ## Stephanie Hsu ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038433902-1708978091.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Stephanie Hsu attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) This is SUPER charming. ## Jurnee Smollett in Proenza Schouler ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038456292-1708978162.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Jurnee Smollett attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) I love seeing Proenza on the red carpet and this is objectively pretty cool, but it also feels like a lesser rendition of [the dress Ayo Edebiri wore to the Emmys](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/2023-emmys-black/75th-primetime-emmy-awards-arrivals-88?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). ## Noomi Rapace ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038455235-1708978134.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Noomi Rapace attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) WHAT. YES. (If I were younger, I'd tell her to step on my face or whatever but I'm too old for those linguistic permutations.) ## Noah Galvin (in COS) and Ben Platt ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038375092-1708978036.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: (L-R) Noah Galvin and Ben Platt attend the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) I currently have an irrational dislike of both of these people and will thus recuse myself from commenting on these looks. I will note that I am actually wearing very similar pants to Noah right now. ## Adina Porter ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038340783-1708978009.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Adina Porter attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) I love her and this is very crisp but also her stylist needed to tell her to WALK CAUTIOUSLY because that slit is perilous. ## Rachel Sennott ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038426318-1708978064.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Rachel Sennott attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) I hope she gets to keep this because it will make an AMAZING Catwoman costume. ## Billie Eilish in Valentino ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038506716-1708978249.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Billie Eilish attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) I truly love Billie and here she looks like she's also running the valet stand. Which IS a vital and important job that's probably very stressful. ## Natalie Morales ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038432844-1708978077.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Natalie Morales attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) I think she is so funny -- we just watched her episodes of Parks and Rec recently and I was reminded how good she is. HOWEVER -- and I've truly never said this before -- should these pants have a little more of a...flare??? ## Emma Roberts in custom Valentino ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038517204-1708978278.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Emma Roberts attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) This is one of those custom looks where I feel like FOR SURE you could it off the rack from someone else with a little work? ## Joel Kim Booster in Helmut Lang ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038298159-1708977952.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Joel Kim Booster attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) Someone on the internet called him Prince Charming in this, and that sash certainly does give that vibe! ## Dominic Sessa in Saint Laurent ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038415935-1708978051.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Dominic Sessa attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) I like this BUT! Perhaps a lapel pin might have been fun? ## Lila Avilés ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038300351-1708977967.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Lila Avilés attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) Cool! ## Milo Ventimiglia ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038351078-1708978023.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Milo Ventimiglia attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) She is not a person who wears a ton of big jewelry -- bracelet notwithstanding -- and I appreciate that, and I actually would NOT have put a necklace with this. But maybe slightly bigger earrings? ## James Marsden ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038452920-1708978119.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: James Marsdenattends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. (Photo by Kayla Oaddams/WireImage) She seems like one of the few people who leaned into the fact that this event is held at the beach! This is charming on her. ## Samy Burch in Theia Couture ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/02/GettyImages-2038479359-1708978207.jpg) SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Samy Burch attends the 2024 Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 25, 2024 in Santa Monica, California.
