Yvonne, on this night, was co-hosting an award show that probably wasn't going to get a lot of coverage unless she wore something major, and so she quite wisely did. It might not be an "A," as I said in the intro; that's more of a comparative score, graded on a curve. It might be more of a B, because it JUUUST verges on messy? Those sleeves do not want to be wrangled. But her green manicure is good, and the color is a standout.
I didn't realize, when I downloaded this photos, how AGGRIEVED she looks in it. Like, "Are you serious? HIP MEGAPHONES?" Oh well. I think she and I are both fonder of them than this would indicate.

And THIS... is a very sad pink thing. I have a lot of love for Piper thanks to The Big Leap, which was doomed by some TERRIBLE ads by FOX that completely missed the tone and joys of the show, and which I recommend you binge even though it's going to get cancelled after its initial run. You will laugh way more than you expect and then suddenly be deep in your feelings. ANYWAY. Honestly, if this were JUST the pink dress, it might be fine. But then someone involved one-sixth of a unitard and then crowned it with a single stripe of eyeliner. It is, as leaps go, more of a plummet.
