Dua Lipa used to have dark hair; now she is blonde. Such is life for many human beings. Halsey changes her hair practically every hour. But for some reason, when Dua Lipa did it, I immediately stopped being able to identify her without the help of a photographer. Bless you, Informative Caption. You're the real hero.
