D'Arcy Carden is SO GOOD on *The Good Place* as Janet, a character I really cannot explain if you haven't watched the show except to say that she is *not* a robot. Anyway, she had a great kicker of an episode this season and I'm sorry she didn't get nominated for an Emmy, [although in fairness, her category is STACKED](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/the-2019-emmy-nominations-are-here-07-2019/). As a consolation prize, however, I will nominate her for Excellent in Day Dresses Paired With Unusual Shoes That Really Work, and I think she's got a real shot at it.
