This photo delights me. It looks like the still picture they're going to use to advertise her cooking program, COOKING WITH KATE, which is a tremendous hit and the Cambridges' primary source of income after Wills decides he actually does not care to be King at all, and abdicates his place in the succession, and they retreat to Anmer (which Harry lets them keep) and need to make their own way in the world (obviously, all that Spencer money helps). It is then that Kate's background as a child of entrepreneurs becomes a real asset. (Wills becomes a directer of the World Wildlife Fund after Kate tells him he's not allowed to fly helicopters anymore because it's too stressful for her. The children are fine; in a remarkable twist of history and fate, Charlotte eventually becomes Prime Minister.)
