First of all, this is Morgan Alex Cassius and her six-month-old daughter, Makena Grace and I love Morgan's earrings and also I love this entire baby, who is rightly VERY interested in whatever the photographers are doing...

Informative Caption informs me that Kate is "hear\[ing\] from families and key organisations about the ways in which peer support can help boost parent wellbeing, while spending the day learning about the importance of parent-powered initiatives," and also I thought for a moment that she was strolling with John Oliver. THAT would be a coup for Last Week Tonight. Anyway, this outfit is totally reasonable.
