Debra Messing

This dress is a LOT cuter than what she wore to The Great Ribbon Cutting At Some New Soundstage.

Jack and Karen

"OH GOD I hope we don't f**k this up."

Nicole Richie

She's on Great News, or whatever that new sitcom is; I watched the first two episodes on a plane and it was fine. In a way that I mean more positively than the comment sounds. It's no Trial & Error, but it was relaxing and had charms, and Nicole wasn't bad on it at all. WOW, I am the queen of mild compliments today. Nicole looks good here, though, so at least that's... slighly stronger than milquetoast?

Edie Falco

Oh, Edie. I want to keep your head and start over.

America Ferrera and Ben Feldman

She looks way better in these poppies than her bestie Blake Lively did with one around her throat on Glamour. I want to pump up her lipstick, though. Ben looks fine but his shirt reminds me of Garanimals.

Essence Atkins

She looks bright and fun and like the person you want to be standing next to when the passed apps come by.

Susan Kelechi Watson

My favorite. Come back to me, Beth (from This Is Us). Are you wearing Secret Pants? We might have to talk about that over some wine.

Briga Heelan

She's the lead in Great News, and that DOES appear to be pants, which is NOT great news.

Heather Graham

This is a better version of both of those. Also, this is where I learned Heather Graham is in the Law & Order: True Crime series about the Menendez Brothers. She plays the crucial role of The Psychologist's Lover Who Claims She Was Brainwashed Into Implicating Them. I DO NOT REMEMBER THIS.

Chrissy Metz

I am not in love with this.

Chris Sullivan

This Is Us's Toby seems committed to living each day like he's in Maui. That's not the worst idea.

But then he kicked off his sandals, which is just... ooky. I've long thought he seemed a little exhausting in his efforts to be kooky, like the different-shaped glasses lenses.

Sterling K Brown

I cannot wait to see him back on my TV.

Justin Hartley

DITTO.

Apolo Anton Ohno

He was at the Winter Games upfront -- if the world still exists, then I will be SO HAPPY to have an Olympics -- and he looks nice, but my brother in law went on a very entertaining rant this summer about how much he hates AAO and his sport and how overblown he is, and it's all I can hear now. Also, he looks like an ex-boy-bander now.

Jason Lewis

Do we think he's hoping people will mistake him for Jason Momoa?

Kristine Leahy

Kristine works on American Ninja Warrior, though I also know her from hate-listening to Colin Cowherd's sports talk show on the radio. I cannot stand him and I don't know how she manages not to throw her microphone at his condescending face every single day. Perhaps she is so clouded with suppressed rage that she didn't think hard enough about the pants.

Milo Ventimiglia

NO BEARD, so if you're a This Is Us obsessive, you can commence wondering what kind of spoiler THAT is.

Mandy Moore

And then Mandy Moore showed up wearing a cupcake liner.

Miles Gaston Villanueva, Gus Halper

Meet your Menendez brothers. The Menendi?

Tracy Spiridakos

Tracy here is on Chicago PD now, and I love this outfit on her. It's what I want to wear out to dinner somewhere tonight, even thoughI have no plans, and none of these items.

Parisa Fitz-Henley

She looks superb.

Anne Heche

And she looks like maybe 80 percentof her hair is held on by bobby pins. No judgment -- you do what you've gotta do -- but is it even COMFORTABLE?

NBC Summer TCA Press Tour 2017

I'm not sure why she changed, but: The jacket is pleasantly kooky, but the shoes are ALL WRONG. WHY ARE THEY HERE. You don't need three neutrals in one outfit.

It's NBC's Turn To Do TCAs

Milo Ventimiglia: NO BEARD.
