I actually love this cover. She looks gorgeous facially, the pink hair is fun, and her outfit looks Responsible But Cute, which is appropriate for getting philanthropic on the cover of a glossy.

I'm glad you also like stripes! I wish this profile had mentioned how he GOT that Rolodex on the cover line; like, someone who gets to a place where the PM of Norway is giving quotes about him to T&C has to have some hustle but that is never mentioned in a concrete way. Like, how do you go from being Just A Dude to hosting that massive Covid concert a few weeks ago? I need logistics. (I actually had to look him up to try to get more of a grip on what's really happening here and this piece about him in the Sydney Morning Herald was basically like, "he's impossible to get any info out of," although it's actually a much, much more robust and complete profile, and it also mentions Julia Gillard's connection to his organization, which she probably should have disclosed in her piece. I might also need an oral history of how tricky it was to do this particular T&C cover profile!)

I love her and I wish she were looking at the camera! However, as much as my first instinct here was that this was green-screened, having thought about it, I now feel confident that this is Marlo's actual view from her apartment and GOOD FOR HER.

Of all of these covers, in fact, this is the only one where the subject is making eye contact. I'd also argue that it's the most dynamic one.
