I mostly just want to know what came first: the googly eyes, the rings, the dress, or the nails. Also, is that a wig that she just spent 15 minutes decorating with sticky-backed peepers? Or can I just walk into my bathroom with a handful of those and reinvent myself?
The dress is very cute. It also looks a bit like a hypnotic vortex that's about to spin, so maybe that ties into the eyes. Somehow. Like... she's about to make them all cross with her magic.
Weaponized footwear: YES.
She switched into this for The Tonight Show -- so she kept the eyeball hair, re-used the shoes from the VMAs, and then jazzed it up with ruffles and stripes and diamonds, OH MY. I actually weirdly really like this on her, though; I'd ditch the sheer blouse and wear it in summertime, but for an outfit that crosses this many streams, it's surprisingly effective.
