In a vacuum, I would pass on this, although I am pleased it's not a teeny tiny plaid skirt because THAT would be a heaping serving of Sexy Schoolgirl. I don't hate the chains, though they look a bit annoying, like they're gonna keep thwapping her legs. I am NOT into this trend of tiny cardigans with built-in gloves.
