I mean, at least it's not Dior? (Although [the white Dior she wore was ALSO very bridal in feeling](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/finally-jennifer-lawrence-gets-it-right-09-2017/).)

In all fairness, I can get why she wore this. It's not OVERTLY matrimonial; we are allowed to wear white dresses without people throwing rice at us and screaming questions about the whereabouts of the open bar, after all. I think my note is that it feels like a weird choice for mid-October. This is for the premiere where it's possible that you just spent the afternoon drinking rosé and wandering through a field of wildflowers; October is when you want to show up looking like you just spent the afternoon drinking merlot and wandering through the pumpkin patch. Get your wanderings straight, Jennifer!
