CinemaCon seems to be what Upfronts or TCAs are to TV: The studios show people, and primarily probably advertisers, what they've got on tap and try to whip up a frenzy. Day 1 involved the return of Jennifer Lawrence in the raunch-com *No Hard Feelings*, about a mother who hires a desperate broke lady to date her 19-year old son so that he's ... er... seasoned when he goes to college. I am not sure I can get my head around this in a way that will make me want to see it, as the idea of doing that for my sons makes me want to burn down my own house. But, welcome back?!?
