This is so early 90s, but in the best way. It's like my dream dress for my 8th grade dance -- which, okay, fine, was in 1989 and I know some of you weren't even born then, but that's why I got to fudge that reference a bit! The truth is that I feel like she looks like the lead character from a plotline they lifted out of *Singles*, in which Debbie's flirtatious cousin moves to Seattle, refuses to transition to grunge, and summarily ruins Debbie's life.
