I wanted to believe he was also getting a pedicure, and that maybe this was a photo of the part where they file your feet and it tickles and you cannot help squirming and laughing, but... is that just me? Also, you'll see later that he exited in duck boots and socks, so it's maybe not super likely that he'd just had his feet done.
