Yesterday, we discussed how [Heidi's new sartorial muse is Western Barbie and her drunken winking mechanism](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/heidi-klum-is-literally-wearing-an-outfit-last-seen-on-my-barbie-08-2018/); today, prithee witness the be-skirted version of Heidi's look. (Albeit by a different designer. It's slightly distressing to me that more than one person woke up and screamed, "YES FRINGE.") It's...sort of sassy? As you can see from the step-and-repeat behind her, this is a Dance-Related Event, and this feels like Business Ballroom to me, which is bang on target. Where else can you wear something that's both reasonably professional, *and* seems like it might have a tear-away skirt? Exactly.
