# Kacey Musgraves Has Upholstered Herself at the ACMs

First of all: I greatly enjoy Kacey Musgraves. Every song I've heard of hers, I've enjoyed (occasionally, I like to jam out to country music in the car). I think she's talented. And I often DESPAIR of what she chooses to wear. Remember [the time she did this to her hair? ](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/cmas-wtf-kacey-musgraves-hair-11-2014/)(I did dub it "a hoot and two-thirds," because apparently I talk like that wacky lady who sells tchotchkes in a small tourist beach town whose murder will eventually be solved by Jessica Fletcher.) How about the time [she wore this Giambattista Valli knock-off but allowed me to wax poetic about how much I love *Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team*](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/fug-or-fab-kacey-musgraves-in-christian-siriano-at-the-cma-awards-11-2016/)? Or when she sported [this wretched shower curtain](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/cmas-fug-carpet-better-other-stuff-kacey-musgraves-11-2013/)? I just...I've had notes, is what I'm saying. As I do here: I don't actually hate the dress, but it for sure would make a better chaise longue than it does a red carpet frock, and it seems like it sits really low on her torso. Newsflash: The solution to that problem is *not* to just tie a jaunty ribbon round your old neck tree and hope the best. Tying a jaunty ribbon around your neck has rarely, in fact, solved *any* problem.
