I was wondering how reviled fourth judge Kara DioGuardi would react to being booted from *American Idol*; apparently she recovered by agreeing to judge another reality show for singer-songwriters called *Going Platinum*.

That, and by eschewing rest and grooming. In general I don't mind a sequined top, but look at her: Would you take the advice of a woman who looks like she conned some clothes out of Phyllis Diller by pretending to be the Salvation Army, then wore them out for eight days without sleeping?
