This was a party for the Syrian American Medical Society, and so obviously Kourtney was like, "This calls for a sports bra and some mesh and fringe." My computer isn't in a giving mood, so I can't tell if this ALSO has fringe over her abdomen, but honestly, it should. The Syrian American Medical Society bylaws require it.
