These new buildings include lecture theatres, teaching rooms, a 395-seat auditorium, and The Exchange, an open, collaborative space designed for events and exhibitions. Her Majesty The Queen, Patron, previously visited King's College London in November 2012 to open the Dickson Poon School of Law and in 2002 to open King's new Maughan Library. In January 2018 The Duchess of Cambridge visited The Maurice Wohl Clinical Neuroscience Institute at King's College London's Denmark Hill Campus. His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh is a Life Governor of King's College London and Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal has been a Fellow since 1989. But I mostly enjoyed this photo because it's got Car Logistics with Kate lurking back there, waiting to be able to get out of the car. ## The Queen and Kate ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/03/shutterstock_10159842f-1553013773.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by DAVID HARTLEY/REX/Shutterstock (10159842f) Queen Elizabeth II arrives with Catherine Duchess of Cambridge at Kings College. No hat without the queen. I like this dress a lot -- a gray flannel long-sleeved dress with giant pleats is right up my street. The whole thing is VERY REASONABLE, yet also somewhat twirly. ## Kate in Catherine Walker ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/03/6a19e6f1ec7-1553013749.jpg) USA Rights Only - London, UK -20190319-Catherine Duchess of Cambridge Visits the Foundling Museum -PICTURED: Catherine Duchess of Cambridge -PHOTO by: Doug Peters/PA Images/INSTARimages.com -INSTAR\_cmBAcCAwFuq8it9mv.jpg This is an editorial, rights-managed image. I will note that I would have also liked this with her LK Bennett boots, to toughen it up a bit, but I get why one doesn't wear ankle boots with the Queen, perhaps. ## Harry and Meghan (in Gucci) ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/03/shutterstock_10160328b-1553013832.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Beretta/Sims/REX/Shutterstock (10160328b) Prince Harry and Meghan Duchess of Sussex Prince Harry and Meghan Duchess of Sussex visit to New Zealand House, London, UK - 19 Mar 2019 As promised, these two look very nice and elegant and appropriate for the occasion, obviously.
