"That gd wind. It was not on the forecast. Am I in some kind of cursed WIND TUNNEL???? Well, you're welcome, Daily Mail. YOU ARE WELCOME. THERE YOU GO. A little something to gnaw on in between noting that Andrew is refusing to cooperate with the FBI because he's worried they're going to throw him in jail. I assume. Don't get me started. That guy. I wonder if Harry and Meghan will let us do Christmas with them this year. A Canadian wonderland! Cousins in the Commonwealth! This is a great idea. I better start working on this right now."

While Kate wrestles briefly with The Demon Nature, allow me to share with you Informative Caption: "The National Portrait Gallery works in close collaboration with play specialists from Evelina London to take artists into the hospital to deliver workshops to children of all ages, along with their siblings and parents. Activities take place on the ward or in play rooms. The Hospital Programme runs in three other children's hospitals in London – Great Ormond Street Hospital, Newham University Hospital and The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel -- working with nursing staff, hospital teachers and specialists. Over the past 15 years over 20,000 children (aged 0-18) have benefited from the creative workshops which include photography, animation, sculpture and textiles." This is a truly lovely idea.

FWIW, whilst I am an avowed fan of the Swingy Skirt Suit, and I do enjoy tweed, I think the proportions on this one are a bit wonkus. As a fellow sufferer of The Long Torso myself, I sympathatize, but I feel like the bottom of this jacket needs to cover the seam where the flounce starts on the skirt, or else it just looks weirdo -- a technical fashion term. Either we need to see MORE of the top band of the skirt, or none of it, because right now it just looks flonky (also a real fashion term and not a portmanteau of "wonky" and "funky" with a random "l" thrown in there that I just made up right now). The whole silhouette feels a tad bit kattywargles for me.
