Kate looks cute in this. I don't super-love the bow at her throat -- it looks so 80s, in a way which will SURELY prompt a variety of publications to write some article about how she's "twinning with Diana" using a photo of Diana where she's wearing something only vaguely similar -- but the whole thing is very cheery.
