It seems apt that the dress she's got on under there apparently has little sailboats on it, since Kate is visiting Hot Ben Ainslie's Fast Boat Racing Headquarters (perhaps not the official name of this location but...whatever. Their thievery will surely not go unpunished. Princess Anne will not let this kind of shenanigan stand.
