This is a good coat. I love a winter white. I liked it on Eugenie, too. I STILL remain unmoved by a wee belt, but you know. We take what we can get.
It must be weird to have people hanging out of windows when you pop over to places to meet children and talk about racing boats
And help paint a yacht on a mural that local kids have been working on. I hope what she's painting there is a weeee tiny Kate, fresh off kicking William's yachting ass.
Here's the dress, which I think it very cute. It almost looks like a polka dot. I also like the idea of a themed pattern for every event. Tiny sailboats for a sailing event. Little martini glasses for a cocktail party. Giant silk-screened images of The Queen for her birthday events. Etc.
This seems like a good time for an Informative Caption, no? Here you go: "The Duchess of Cambridge, patron of the 1851 Trust, tries a sailing winch simulator as part of a visit to Portsmouth to see the progress of building work on the new home of Ben Ainslie Racing as part of a British America's Cup entry with Ben Ainslie at the Spinnaker Tower."
"So it turns out the baby LOVES sailing winch simulators."
"I really don't think this guy's plan to introduce Wills to the Joys of Stocking Caps is actually going to work."
"You know, in case you forget his name now that you're going to have two of them. Things get confusing."
