Hanging With the Queen
I have my usual feelings about this. Namely: Kate looks lovely; I hate her boring shoes; the Queen looks fantastic and reminds me of my own granny; I bet she's trained to kill someone with that purse.

Lather, rinse, repeat. I do love how coordinated the Queen is. Can you even imagine her hat closet? SO MANY HATS. Do you think they're all annotated? Do you think one of them is secretly poisoned, like in days of yore? Please note: I AM NOT ADVOCATING THAT. Poison is best deployed ONLY in days of yore, or perhaps if you're married to someone really really awful.

At some plaque unveiling at Fortnum & Mason
This is the Missoni coat for which apparently Kate got some flack, because it's not a British brand. Please note: I have no idea if she got real flack, or just Flack in the sense that the Daily Mail had a conniption before discovering some real scandal about how, say, Wayne Rooney doesn't always take out his recycling. I'd also like to point out that the Queen -- impeccable as always -- and I are having the same reaction to Camilla's coat. Namely, that we have to look away. I love stripes but I'm not sure that this one really works on her. But maybe it does? I'm so confused.
