As I noted when I called the four corners of the earth to my aid to magically bring this wardrobe choice to fruition, I really love this dress. First, I love a pattern. Second, it's both whimsical but also ever so slightly evil, which is just how I like basically everyone.

"I just feel like, if Harry were to MEET me, he'd obviously see that his devil-may-care insouciance paired with my no-nonsense competence and ample brains is a combination that CANNOT be beat. Don't you think?"

Informative Caption! "The Duchess of Cambridge talks with art students at the Turner Contemporary Gallery." She also visited several exhibits, and a community of local artists -- our friends at What Would Kate Do? have an excellent run-down of the day's events. One of the exhibitions sounds VERY interesting -- about self-portraits/selfies -- so please report back if you go/have gone.

This is a painting called, in fact, "Self Portrait. " It is a Van Dyck, and I enjoy how much he appears to have THOUGHTS. That's an epic side-eye from the master.

Obviously, also, dogs were pet.
