First of all, I think she'd recently gotten into a habit of wearing skirts that veered slightly dowdy in length. Not full-on dowdy, you understand. But a length with the potential of dowdiness. But this length is perfect on this dress. The V&A is one of my favorite museums in the entire world. Once, I got a bit lost there and ended up wandering into a room that was just cake servers. Just a room of silver cake servers.
