Informative Caption informs us that Kate paid a "visit to the Institute of Reproductive and Development Biology...to hear about the work that [national charity Tommy'](https://www.tommys.org/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)s are doing to reduce rates of miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth," which is a incredibly good cause.

> Today’s visit highlights how important services like [@tommys](https://twitter.com/tommys?ref%5Fsrc=twsrc%5Etfw&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) and [@SandsUK](https://twitter.com/SandsUK?ref%5Fsrc=twsrc%5Etfw&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) are continuing their support to families across the UK and reduce rates of miscarriage through scientific research. That's very good work. This is a tough topic that isn't talked about a lot, and I'm sure both of those organizations have brought a lot of peace to families who are going through a very difficult time, as[ Sands specifically offers bereavement services.](https://www.sands.org.uk/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)

I do feel confident that the Cambridge kids have a microscope at home:

Here's what Kate wore under the lab coat:

It's obviously highly reasonable, as one would hope and expect for this particular engagement. (People think -- and I tend to agree -- and it's [this Emilia Wickstead dress with a different belt](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/wills-and-kate-also-left-the-house-today-11-2019/). Kate wears this particular belt all the time, the price per wear on it has to be exceptional.) The coordination of the mask, too, is good! ([It's Amaia, like all her masks so far](https://www.amaiakids.co.uk/collections/masks?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).)
