The last time we saw this dress, [it had a strappy, off-the-shoulder neckline](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/duchess-kate-wears-alexander-mcqueen-to-the-baftas-02-2017/). Now it has sleeves! It seems that Kate's "Private Dressmaker" (AKA William) has been hard at work once again.
