I don't have shots from inside this event -- at one point, Kate was meeting with families who'd been affected by the Grenfell fire, and I know that wasn't being photographed -- but I did see some video, and we've got photos that the Palace tweeted out, and she did keep this coat on. I assume she is just wearing a black slip with LED light-up flowers on the nipples underneath.
