Her Royal Highness visited the centre to see how the Lambeth Early Action Partnership (LEAP) are using the Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS) to support parents, carers and their children.
This is fine! (I like the expression on the face of the woman Kate is walking past, as it seems to say, "OMG that's Kate Middleton." And whose face would not?) It is an outfit a woman would wear to work and look reasonable. (As I noted the last time she wore these pants, I sort of wish they were either slimmer OR wider to make more of a PANTS STATEMENT.)

I just want to note that I am obsessed with these twins. They are EXTREMELY SQUASHY AND CUTE and they have PLACES TO GO. (I know why Kate didn't bring Louis but also I wish she had.)
