I have notes: (a) I don't hate this dress -- it's on theme, and the full skirt is fab, but (b) it needs a vee-neck, or a boatneck, and (c) while her ponytail is adorable and I am into those earrings, (d) her shoes make me want to toss myself face first into a cactus. THE ONLY EXCUSE is that she is STILL hung-over from Saturday's massive party.
