Doesn't it feel like Katie Holmes had this dress kicking around on the off chance that Harry and Meghan were huge *Dawson's Creek* fans -- AND WHY WOULDN'T THEY BE? -- and sent her a last minute wedding invite? It's a rather fantastic Wedding Guest Dress, honestly: All she needs is a hat, and she would have fit right in. Start kissing up to Princess Eugenie, Katie; that wedding is in October, and the clock is ticking.
