I must confess, I miss the candy-colored, whimsy-overload of Previous Katy Perry. [The last time we looked at her street style, I noted this felt like her version of Chris Gaines](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/katy-perry-is-still-trying-it-07-2024/), and I stand by this: The whole thing feels like she's gone Emo For Cash. But this isn't even *that* emo and her album is a flop, so the cash part doesn't seem to be working either. Maybe go back to the blue hair, babe! Dance with the one that brung you.
