The Peabody Awards last night brought out another celebrity guest list, this time led by Kerry Washington in a very questionable shirt. The star of this outfit should be the skirt, right? So why isn't the blouse tucked in, at the very least? Why is it hanging low and kind of drooping off her torso, and showing off her bra, and basically doing whatever it can to stomp on the whole endeavor? Who gave it permission?!?
