A leather mini and a metallic tank seems about right for the Kids' Choice Awards. I decided that, because we can't see her feet, she's wearing bedroom slippers.

Heather and I had a conversation with a journalist this past week about the ways a celebrity's clothing sends a message -- "I'm over this break-up," "I'm a serious actress," "I don't care what you think of me," "I AM CRAZY" -- and I think this particular ensemble says, "I realize this particular event isn't that important, but I'm not an asshole, so I'll put on something sparkly and show up and be a good sport."
