This just makes me think of Edna Mode's warnings about superheroes and capes. That fringe could get sucked into any NUMBER of things. Besides which, wouldn't it be a little ticklish? Or COLD?
This is a better version of the vibe from the previous slide, although the boots really let her down here. Trade shoes with yourself, Kiernan! At least put the bad boots with the worse dress.

She also, right before this press run, went to Venice for the Biennale. And like 3/4 of Hollywood before her, she draped herself in PP Pink. It's as cute as a full-size sunburn can be. She is REALLY into blocky platform shoes right now, though, for reasons that don't quite track given that none of them are helping her out with, say, overlong hems, or anything.
This outfit is not for sitting. These are the same shoes, I think, that she is wearing in slide 2. Good news, she didn't snap an ankle on either occasion. But Lady Gaga's footsteps are VERY hard to walk in, on several levels, so tread carefully out there, kiddoes.
