# Kirsten Dunst Should Wear More Red

It doesn't seem like Kirsten Dunst wears a lot of red. Certainly not on this press tour. Looking back into recent history, there was [this at the SAGs in 2022](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/red-at-the-sags/28th-annual-screen-actors-guild-awards-early-arrivals-the-barker-hangar-santa-monica-los-angeles-usa-27-feb-2022?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), a thoroughly charming[ maroon polka dot frock](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/2023-emmys-patterns/75th-primetime-emmy-awards-arrivals-105?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) from the 2024 Emmys that I guess might technically be more purple, and [a gorgeous vintage Lacroix from the 2022 Oscars](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/red-at-the-2022-oscars/94th-annual-academy-awards-arrivals-los-angeles-usa-27-mar-2022-31?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) that I think is technically pink. So basically, maybe when I say "red" I am waving generally at a zone of the color wheel. But this! This IS red. And it's excellent on her. It would have looked super as a column dress, too, but it also works well as a top and fits like a dream. The pants are fun with it and way more interesting than plain back, and I can juuuuuust see a peek of shoe under there. This also feels like a nice marriage of Valentino and Alessandro Michele -- the dude loves a bow -- so in all, I feel jolly. JOLLY, I TELL YOU.
