I like the blouse! Actually, the dark tights/skirt and red shoes/blouse look is totally effective and lively on her -- and matches her hair colors. But I REALLY wish the skirt did not look like a pre-school art project.

I'm going to go with "She just needed to get from Point A to Point B comfortably," rather than, "She believes in long velour shorts."

This is pretty and perfectly fanciful for a Disney movie in which you are a villain's dramatic child.
