Okay, so maybe this isn't panty-hose, but Kylie DEFINITELY looks like the expensive version of when a bank robber tries to obscure their face by stuffing it inside something they can still theoretically breathe through. I say "theoretically" because honestly I feel vaguely suffocated just by looking at this. Perhaps it's the visual version of growing up in her family.
