Nina was there for NFL Honors, which is the big football awards ceremony. That seems random to me, but she did live in Atlanta I guess while she was on Vampire Diaries, so... maybe... she... still visits a lot? I do not know. Maybe the NFL as a whole is REALLY into debating whether Elena belonged with Stefan or Damon. She looks very nice, almost as if she isn't expecting to go to any other big awards parties this month and so she's BUSTING IT OUT.
