Is it wrong that I love this? YES, it looks like she layered a school uniform over a longer skirt, and yes, something funky is happening in the boobular region -- like it's catching on a strapless bra or something -- but I am all-in on Lady Gaga tromping around town dressing like she's going to steal Anna Wintour's job or die trying.
