She looks wonderful here -- I actually think this stands alone without the tulle wrap, or would have been more fun with a wrap NOT made of tulle, because what is that even doing for her. But the dress is gorgeous, and the pink earrings by an indigenous group, Teton Trade Cloth by Lenape, are the perfect amount of zest.
