I would be thinking, "My boobs look like coy mantis eyes," but Laverne is truly adept at wearing wacky clothing with nonchalance, so her face just says, "Yes indeed and I LOVE IT." Which, honestly, if you're going to go through the whole rigamarole of donning this garment, I HOPE that's how you feel. Otherwise that's several confusing hours wasted. Not even including the bathroom break time.
