"I don't know why they keep making me come out and pretend like I can still dance, y'all. It's just depressing. Y'all are going to need whatever I'm on right now to cheer yourselves up once you compare the way I pose now with the way I used to actually dance. What happened to my dancing, y'all? Oh, right. I blew out my knee and then I went a little wackadoo and probably didn't really do my rehab and now I kinda can't move around anymore and it's particularly sad because I'm the one that people used to say, 'she can't sing that great, but she can really dance' and now they just say, 'wah WAAAAAAAAAAAH.' Also, I'm dressed like I'm going to a NASCAR-themed party. I just seriously don't know, y'all. Maybe I need to fire my agent/boyfriend."

Life was easier when I just sat home with with kids and made casseroles out of Fritos. Nobody makes you wear latex when you're making Frito pie.

Okay. Well. That was the Billboard Music Country Whatever American Something Or Other Awards. See y'all at the next one where they trot me out like I'm an octegeneriawhatever getting the Old Person's Lifetime thingie at the Oscars and make me dance like a monkey for you. Unless I move to Cabo first, which I totally am going to do now that I thought of it.
